After finishing our trip around Taiwan by bicycle, we were ready to aim for bigger targets. The silk road across Asia seemed very appealing and we pretty much knew that we wanted to do it.
Our final stretch home was pretty, but not without complications. And with a lot of experiences richer.
High Mountains. Landslides. Dangerous downhills. Taiwan had more in store for us, but gave us a fantastic, memorable time.
Taiwan didn’t make it easy for us beginners, throwing in tons of rain and the coldest day since 10 years.
As we stated sometimes on this blog and our Facebook page, we want to travel by bicycle starting 2016. What is our motivation for doing so, where did we find the inspiration and what are our goals? Let’s try to give some answers.
